I love fish burgers, and theirs are the best. The snapper is also crispy and generous portion sizes. Highly recommend.

.Read good reviews before going to the store. However was very disappointed. The fish was 'hake'. Not a nice fish. The crumb on the outside was soggy, the fish spongy.. The potato scallop was wafer thin. The pineapple crumb was again soggy and took away the taste of the pineapple. The chips' plentiful but again not crispy.

Repeating all the other comments on here - but the food really is delicious and staff are very friendly! Tried Phoenix for the first time tonight and will definitely be back. The hake is cooked perfectly, best fish I have had around the Balcatta area, and the chips are light and crunchy.
I have been a few times and it seems to be on the decline. Unfortunately because it use to be very good.
Went there this evening with my two children. Had two Aussie burgers, steak burger and loaded fries. The owner and her daughter were so friendly. Service was quick. Food was delicious and extremely well priced! Highly recommend this place. We will be back again.
