Amazing as usual .. Fresh chicken lovely staff They should open more stores as it just few in the state

Oporto Chicken used to be one of my old horns it’s time for a blast from the past in the form of a second dinner tonight ordering juicy jalapeno bites which have increased in size and come in packs of three they definitely pack a punch in flavour as well I ordered the crispy chicken strips as well this clear that this restaurant has taken on board value for money as everything has increased in size similar to the American approach to McDonald’s I’m not complaining it’s really healthy looking forward to coming back again can easily fit in a 1.75 meter vehicle in the drive-through and my friend also ordered five crispy chicken strips for first-time experience sources of mild chili and mayo I prefer mine without any sauce at all I’ll drink of choice was coke The whole drive-through experience took about 10 to 12 minutes at around 9 o’clock at night from our comfort point of you as a person in the back seat of a van there’s a lot of speed bumps when exiting the shopping area precinct
love the food and despite being busy and their POS system was down, the staff were efficient and friendly. will definitely come back.. Keep the good work up.
Food is always made well as ordered, prefer this place over the other location even though it is a longer drive. Highly recommend this place.
Nice tasting food but very expensive for what you get. Picture is large chips! Pulled chicken bowl was meant to have coleslaw and a and tomato salad. Had neither but some cut up lettuce. Won't be going back again...

Ordered from this restaurant through Menulog on the 1st March 2021 and order arrived incomplete without drinks. I contacted to store and spoke to a lady on duty who advised it was the dishonest Menulog driver who stole my drinks. After a week Menulog issued me with a voucher to compensate me for three drinks missing off my order. I order again from the same Balcatta store using my voucher from my previous order and yet again no drink on the order. I contacted the store and spoke to Manvier Sing the Manager who apologised and said they probably forgot. At no time did the Manager offer to send out the drink just said I will give you something extra next time you order as they will remember me.I have lodged another complaint about this store to Menulog who are now going to investigate this store. I won’t be ordering from Opporto Balcatta again you have lost me as a customer. I’m sure their head office in Sydney will also be interested in my feedback.
