Me and my partner were trying to find some new toys to use. The lady there Alison was so helpful and gave us some amazing suggestions since we were still newish at this. Her openness and friendly personality made it so easy to talk to and made our visit so much more enjoyable. Thanks again Alison, will definitely be taking in some of those great suggestions :)

Purchased a product from the store. Got home Mrs did not like the color. I straight away got in the car and return back to the store as I live only 5mins away to see if I could swap. It's not been opened, still sealed. The gentleman at the store just pointed to the wall for me to read their NO RETURN POLICY. "Its not us saying that, it's the Government " I understand it's for safety reasons, fair enough. But just the way he handled it and his tone and body language was so bad. Poor customer services. I hope for better service next time
The lovers store in Balcatta run by Blake is is a great place to shop .Blake really knows his stuff and his outstanding personality and knowledge makes it a pleasure to deal with.He is always helpful and provides a special kind of vibe to the store creating an electric atmosphere to the store .Full credit to him

Sales assistant was not interested in trying to sell anything and was pretty lame all round, luckily I knew what to get as I worked for Club X in the late 1990's. But I was not happy with the sales assistant she was useless and didn't make us feel welcome!!! Get rid of her and have me work there in the Balcatta store I bet I could sell dolls etc almost every week plus the rest!!!!
I used to live in South Guildford and the nearest store ro my location was the one in Midland. Over the past couple of years I would frequent the store at least four to six times per Month to purchase the all natural product "UP" (2 tablet box) for less than 22 and as a member of the "Lovers" VIP loyalty program was able to get the product for a little over 20. ( Staff and product at MIDLAND store superb 5 stars ). At end of January 2020, I moved to Westminster and now the nearest "Lovers" store to my location is the Balcatta one. So I decided to pay the store a visit and do a purchase of the product that I normally get (UP 2 pill box) just to be informed of almost a 10 price increase VIP member or not and that's when the "LOVERS" brand to my eyes has turned from s flawless diamond into a tarnished cubic zirconia. Not sure if that practise violates any business trade rules/regulations so gonna do some due diligence and check with consumer watchdog and see what's the go with that. To the franchise/Owner of Balcatta store, I will gladly continue as a loyal customer if the above issue is to be addressed upon my visitation to the store. I will let my self known once at the front counter today..Anytime after 12 noon 6th Feb 2020. Thank you.
Arrived 9:40 on a Saturday night. Not open. Hours posted to web clearly state it should be open until 11 pm. Won't bother coming back. Dash done.
I don't usually give a review. Only when I feel I was mistreated. Came in to the store yesterday (Sat 12/5/18), encountered a pushy sales guy, and also gave fault/untrue information regarding the Jil products carried 5 years warranty. (I didn't bother to ask for his name, but he wore glasses and had few tattoos on both arms). Brought the product back later the same day and confronted him about the warranty (because there was no such thing), he said that's what he was told by some other person. Told him I want a refund or exchange to something else (the product was never used), he kept on about have to call his manager, call another store, excuses about store's policies...but didn't make a single call to anyone. Told me in the end to come back Monday 14/5/18 to speak to his manager about it. Another thing is, the same product I bought in store was more expensive than the store's website advertised. What's up with that. I bought the product based on his information about 5 years warranty, so misleading/fault advertising is a no no in my dictionary. I will be contacting the ACCC about this sales guy and this business as a whole of this malpractice. I would rate it no stars if I could.
