Desperately need training in customer service - rude and indifferent- obviously no vested interests from this team. Worth the drive to Myaree store. Don’t waste your time here trying to mix colours etc.
The guys at Inspirations were awesome. Super helpful with advice, tested some old paint for me and told me how to assess in future and also provided guidance regarding matching out-of-production products. Can't rate them highly enough for their helpful approach and customer service.
Incompetent people with low customer service
Locked the door at 4.40pm, and blamed Covid. I was there for a pick up paint to start a job the next day. Staffed walked out at 4.55pm. If you're closing early update your website/signage to reflect.
Disgusting costumer service
Worse costumer service ever, they don't have patience and bad temper!
