My Honda Civic Hybrid needed the electric battery checked, it was not working at all. EV Shop had it on the racks quickly, and communication was great. When quoting me a new battery, they were very up front with the costs and I felt my car was in good hands and they knew what they were doing. I would go back if my hybrid had any more troubles, they stand by their work.
