I've never waited very long and always been happy with the doctors and nurses. The receptionist is SO rude though. He really needs to find a job he likes - unless he gets a kick out of being rude to people, in which case he's in his element.

I’ve always had a great experience anytime I’ve been to this clinic. Dr Patel is great and always makes me feel super comfortable and at ease, I highly recommend seeing him. I have tried a few different clinics in the area but have decided to stick with this one because I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and anytime I’ve needed my bloods taken or yearly flu jabs the nurses have been so gentle I barely even notice it. Thanks for the great work guys keep it up

Third-class service when you ask for the service, they will think that you are a scammer, and they deduct money from your account and never give you any type of services you have asked for. Never book Dr. Mallik because he is an expert in finding scammers, and even he won't have any guts that how to talk with a girl patient. He just hangs up the call and takes your money. Never go with this service again.

There is something exceptionally wrong with the staff! The receptionist is extremely rude and the call never gets through. Dr. Patel is alright. I'll suggest go to myclinic st kilda

Not sure what's happening with all the reviews here, I often struggle to find a clinic I'm happy with but have attended MyClinic regularly for awhile now. Dr. Patel in particular has always been respectful and helpful. I've often had doctors simply brush me off in the past, but I've found the doctors here are always willing to investigate further, make referrals etc. The receptionists also just somehow make your day a little better!

I've been here a few times over the years just because its close and it's honestly always been terrible. Last time I was here Dr Patel was 15 minutes late and then asked me to book a second appointment because he didn't have time to print out my scripts. Dr Tofighi is incredibly rude and dismissive, refused to give me a referral and I've also had a female doctor who couldn't read my blood test results. The only good thing in this place is the nurses who are so lovely.

I've seen Dr. Vishal Patel a handful of times over the past year and he has always been very thorough and made me feel at ease. He has always been very helpful and I feel as though he has gone above and beyond for me during my consults. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
