David and John were amazing! From our first meeting, it was less than 2 months until my husband and I secured our first home. (All while we were busy preparing for our first child as well.) They searched the market for properties that fit our needs, price/features/location, and gave us a realistic appraisal of what the houses would likely sell for, AND whether they were actually worth their price. NOT what the real estate agents market them as! Once they'd come up with a shortlist, we went and viewed only the properties that suited us. No need to spend weekends on end at open houses. Within 3 properties we found "our" place. It didn't end there though. John then came along to the auction and out bid 5 other interested parties, securing our house under budget. (While I was in the maternity ward with a 3 day old baby.) THEN they continued to support is through the settlement process until we were handed the keys to our place. They took away all the stress of searching and buying property. I wouldn't buy a house any other way.

David helped my partner and I purchase an investment property in November. The service was really first class throughout the entire process. The initial meetings to plan our strategy were very illuminating and allowed us to focus on suburbs and properties within our budget. David is exceptionally good at communication and works very quickly and efficiently. Once we had shortlisted properties of interest he completed the due diligence very quickly and provided excellent reports with demographics, comparable sales etc which allowed us to see the true market value. He has extensive experience in the industry and is very good at spotting pitfalls and opportunities within properties. His experience and negotiation skills were vital during the negotiation/auction process. Once we had secured the property the after sales service/follow up was top notch, very diligent and thorough.
