Had an issue with repair work carried out on a vehicle. Was getting nowhere with the workshop. Called BAL and worked with Laura. She gave me realistic expectations and assisted by drafting everything up for me and pointing me in the right direction. With this I got a fair outcome that has allowed me to stop stressing and finally get on with my life. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We have now purchased two homes with Bradley Allen Love Lawyers and will do so again if the opportunity arises. The team were very professional, communicative and prompt. I attended Bradley Allen Love Lawyers as they handled estate matters and was appointed Golnar Nekoee as the lawyer to assist me. I was the executor of my late sister's estate and was having difficult problems with my sister's superannuation company, the lawyer I had appointed in Sydney to handle the probate and distribution of estate funds and with my brother who was contesting the decision made by the trustees of the superannuation company that had previously directed the super funds to the estate. Golnar listened carefully to my problems, offered excellent advice as to what I possibly could do and then set about solving the problems that I was beginning to believe were not able to be sorted out. The letter that Golnar directed to the superannuation company was concise, presented an excellent objective legal case and was very well written in a friendly yet authoritative manner that achieved the desired result. Golnar provided excellent advice concerning the obstructive Sydney lawyer that enabled me to continue with that firm in my sister's estate affairs. My brother, who had been well looked after in my sister's will, was attempting to grab estate funds from other relatives who were nominated by my sister as beneficiaries. Golnar instructed me as to my legal responsibilities as executor and how best to work with my brother to achieve the wishes listed in my sister's Last Will and Testament. I cannot speak more highly of Golnar's capabilities in legal matters and her excellent work ethic. Golnar was prompt in replying to questions that I emailed to her, sometimes very late at night. I am truly grateful to BAL lawyers for appointing Golnar to assist me. I would highly recommend Golnar to anyone for legal support, especially with superannuation and estate matters.
