February 2021, had to spend, was looking for a brand new SUV. No sales person approached me or even acknowledged me even though no other customers and they were all inside.I actually had to go looking for someone to help me. From the start he didn’t seem to keen to sell me a car and once I suggested I’d like to purchase a manual that was game over! I was told I’d never get a brand new suv in a manual, that they sell maybe one manual car a year, that I basically didn’t care about safety as it wouldn’t have as many safety features and asked in a degrading way why I would even want a manual? I left feeling upset and angry as I actually do care about safety! The next day I ordered a brand new Mazda SUV (manual) from a dealership more then willing to help me out with what I was after with all the safety features. I wasn’t against the idea of an automatic but sales person wrote me off from the start and wasn’t willing to even try sell me a car. It’s a shame as I have owned a brand new Hyundai before from a different dealership and could not fault the car or experience however now I don’t think I’d ever consider a Hyundai again and would advise any friends and family against it also.

We purchased a low km used Hyundai Santa Fe through Jake and were very happy with his service and communication throughout the process. Vehicle was exactly as described and even had a few genuine accessories fitted we didn’t know about. Delivery of the car to Geelong was quick and hassle free and we would definitely buy through Jake again.
