I'm an ex butcher and i can tell you now that this butcher shop is the best kept secret in town. If you're a big family and looking to feed the clan for half the price of the big supermarkets this is the butchers for you. I spend 80/100 here and feed a family of five for a week now you try and do that at the bigger supermarkets.The best part of Bailey Rd Meats is the bulk packs and the 2kg rump for 20 which are all well over 2 kilograms what a bloody bargain! All i can say is i have finally found a fair dinkum affordable family friendly butcher.

I visit this butcher regularly as I have always found his prices are fair and the freshness and quality of meat to be 100%. The thing I like the best is not knowing what new meats he has in store. Most weeks there is something different I can try or I have noticed in the window. I find his lamb shanks to be cheaper than our local Woolworths. His quality Rump Steak is priced extremely well also. He has deals on his crumbed chicken which is great. I have found his prices are just overly fair, stable and great. If there is something in particular that you need, he is happy to let you know a date when that item will be in store or if he can get it at all. We had a big BBQ 2 months ago where we pre-ordered our meat for the occasion. On the day we collected our meat around 11am which was packed in a cool box. When we opened it to start cooking we didn't realise how much food we actually ordered. We had marinated chicken kebabs, steaks, sausages, rissoles, every single meat item was fresh and beautiful. Everyone commented on how beautiful the meat was. It was well and truly worth the 112 we paid as it fed over 40 people and we ended up freezing a couple packets of rissoles as we didn't need to cook that much food. Great quality, service and price! 100% recommended!
