I'll put in a good review, the team there did a good job getting me a chemical that other companies wanted much more for. And they were responsive to my requests and able to help when i needed it. I believe a small investment into automated tracking would help the team a lot.

Dreadful customer service! Never get back to you. They lost my first order then finally found it and sent me the wrong products! I then had to call up and tell them and they couldn't recall what i ordered in the first place. I had to pay extra for what i originally asked for when it was their mistake to begin with plus pay for extra postage! Not to mention the time it took to send the stock! Will not be using ever again! If i could give a minus i would!
NEVER EVER purchase anything from them except u wanna get suffered! When u ask about their products, they will reply to u promptly. When you’ve waited for months and ask them for the refunds, they “disappear” and pretend like never received ur emails. The most disgusting experience ever!!!
Called and checked a product at the quantity I was after was in stock that I could see on their website. I was advised on the phone it was in stock ready for immediate dispatch. I was also told on phone likely dispatch time and was between 24 and 48 hours. Order was for 500 of items work a 50 shipping charge. Was advised on the phone what to put in comments as I had some specific instructions about shipping I did. After a week, (5 business days) products had not arrived and no contact had been made. I called and they advised me product was on back order and it will be in stock in 1-2 weeks. Was given an option of a much reduced quantity of the product which could ship today. Declined and got a refund.
Ordered goods, 11days later still no word. Called to find out what was going on, they are waiting for it to come in. I was told possibly another few more days. Order finally arrived 14 days later. No email, call or text to let customer know. Possibly hopping customers have a crystal ball to keep them informed. Office lady's were polite and helpful. Management must look at doing a customer service course.
I was promised my order has arrived, which I placed over 2 weeks prior. I drove across the city to find out it has not. The tall gentleman was very rude and obnoxious, and I mentioned lack of customer service to emails and terrible online reviews. I then asked for a refund and I was argued with until finally my order number was written down to be organised for a refund.
Stay away from them. They take orders that they can’t deliver & keep the customers dangling for months. They don’t even deserve half a star.
