Bacchus Marsh subway....what an absolute disgrace and dreadful experience!! DO NOT eat here!! To the lady who was working there today, you were rude, unpleasant and extremely horrible to deal with...everything was a hassle....the lettuce you had was BROWN and when questioned if there was fresh lettuce she told me "No, it's actually because it's a public holiday today" with a great deal of attitude. I strongly believe you should not be working in an occupation that requires you to work directly with the public and encourage Subway to review their staff at this particular store. Brown lettuce and Coles is right next door. Pathetic.

I do not recommend this Subway. The staff are extremely rude and abrupt. Their communication is poor when dealing with customers, they seem more interested in speaking to each other in their own language and I got the impression they were talking about me by the way they would speak, look directly an me and my son who was with me and laughing straight after. Customers, including myself had to repeat ourselves several times to place our orders. The restaurant could also have been cleaner.
Not recommended. Poor communication, poor service. Served by a lady ,told to make toastie and subway. She totally forgot to make toastie and for subway i ask for little extra sauce and she started making faces at me and behave so rude to me. I was smiling and trying to make the whole situation nice and comfortable for both but she was so rude. She burnt my subway bread as well.. So disappointed, never gonna visit this place again.
Better than macca's
I don't understand why there is an inconsistency of the freshness of the bread and other ingredients. Sometimes its very good sometimes its just poor. However i wish you guys good luck.
