Outstanding company which is quick to respond and act.I ordered 2 x pairs of bras which sadly were too small for me. The refund came quickly without any major hassle. This is what you want when you buy online - deal with a company which is honest and fair. I thoroughly recommend it.

I had the good luck to visit the actual store in Hawthorn, and was supported in my Exchange by Kimberley. I purchased the 3 pack chaffing shorts as well as the 3 pack bamboo camisole pack through your Facebook group site. I’m six foot and the shorts are incredible, but the camisoles way too short for me. I’m actually super grateful I had to return the camisoles as it meant I went into the actual store and I had the most incredible customer service and support, I mean literally, Kimberly helped me try on over a dozen items, I got to walk away with eight new pieces that I am absolutely thrilled with. Before I discovered this company b free, I had such bad luck with the American company Shapermint and The Canadian company thigh society. I essentially lost 400 between these companies as I now have two multi packs of Shapeware that do not fit me, and frankly the whole returns process when you’re dealing with an international company is such a pain, and financial rip off with postage. Besides the fact that I purchased from these companies in the same size as those I ordered from B3free/ The items are so ill fitting I’ll never be able to wear them, well maybe if I lose 15 kg! I just want to commend again the customer service of this company from great telephone support, online support and a Boquet to Kimberly in the store who is just so incredible and patient and helpful as I tried on piece after piece! Please excuse the spelling I’m using a voice program to type this message, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants true size and outstanding quality from an Australian company. Most comfortable underwear I have ever worn! Best quality. Kim was so nice on the phone when I was unsure which size to get. My parcel came wrapped so nicely. Definitely recommend the bamboo bra and brief. So comfortable and so far (past 6 months) the wash hasn't caused them to fray at all :)) My second order was for the leggings which I am LOVING SO MUCH! They are perfect fit, feel and length...definitely recommend.

Very comfortable. The anti-chafing shorts are important to me, and the Curvy Minimizer Bra Size 22-24 is so good I don't feel I'm wearing it.

I had an awesome customer service experience with B Free. My package went missing enroute to my address. Feed back from Aus Post was that something happened to a complete truck load of parcels. B Free were wonderful and replaced my items though I am sure this was not their responsibility. I did not have any insurance and Aus Post were the ones who failed to deliver. B Free were very quick to answer my queries and offered immediately to replace the items which then arrived very quickly. Always great to deal with an Aussie Company. Thank you B Free - I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Having recently come across an Australian company making cotton, lace-trimmed undershorts and ordered a pair of the mauve-pink longer ones - finding them ideal - a chance trip to Melbourne made it possible for me to visit the store & speak directly with staff about my ideas for expanding the range of colours & trim options. Staff members were generous with their time & seemed genuinely interested in my ideas. The longer undershorts are a fabulous length, do not ride up, & are a delight to wear. I will certainly be ordering more & 'flashing' my gorgeous underwear by way of recommendation!

During covid I thought I'd support an Australian business rather than shapermint in the us. Wish I didn't bother. I needed them for a wedding this weekend, it was 5 days after my order that they even processed it and they've sat in Melbourne for another 5 days since. Sad to see that the returns can be difficult as I'll have no choice to buy somewhere in store and send these back.
