The Cole Family

Since completing school in 2017 our son, ‘TJ’ had commenced working with an accredited exercise physiologist in order to develop his muscle tone, bone density and improve his posture in addition to his overall health and well-being to reduce risk of chronic disease and degeneration. We knew Caelan from his University years studying along-side our daughter and were aware that he and another couple of mates were to start up their own business at the conclusion of their degree in 2018. We changed EP providers to support their small business in addition to having them providing beneficial home visits that allows ‘TJ” to exercise in a familiar environment and for trainers to get to know him in his surroundings. ‘TJ’s” program aims to improve endurance and his ability to stay on task longer assisting him in his paid employment. ‘TJ” has now moved to twice weekly sessions. ‘TJ’ remains engaged, interested, and enthusiastic whilst improving his overall health and well-being! This has only been enhanced by the launch of the new facilities at Bruce in late 2020 which provides clients greater flexibility and opportunities. We are delighted that we were one of the businesses first clients and we thank the team for their programmes and ability to relate to young special need adults and we would encourage others to enjoy what AXM Exercise Physiology has to offer!
