Smooth process, staff was particularly nice
I have absolutely no idea what Saab Ale is lying about, I recently did my Microsoft exam here and the staff were extremely friendly, testing center was great with no issues at all. Getting their was so easy and the entire procedure for me was without a hitch. Ill be going back again
My personal expeirence: - Nice and helpful staff - cosy exam room - there was not any dividend or wall between the seats so a bit of lack of privacy while you are doing the exam although when I was doing the test the room was quite empty
My exam froze- staff did not provide good customer service overall. Not happy!
Terrible customer service for my AWS exam. I passed the exam but will never take the exam here again. Rude staff, unclean carpet and faulty keyboard a surprise package when I took the exam. Posting this as anonymous as they know who I am:)
