I arrived a little early and had a good look at the stock which there was a lot of. It did not matter if the freezer had a couple of dints in the side of the item. That was not going to affect the working of the appliance I was looking at buying. The it was still new and it is now home and plugged in. I am just waiting for the new freezer to get cold so I can transfer all of the products into it then take the old one to be scrapped.

I first got in touch with this company through gumtree. We agreed a price for delivery through negotiation and I agreed to pay the asking price for the fridge with cash payable on delivery. A second person reached out at this point and I was asked to pay more for the delivery and payment in full for the product prior to delivery. New terms but I agreed. At this point the fridge could not be delivered due to adverse weather (understandable) and the company would revert upon better weather advice. The next follow up to this company indicated the fridge was sold to another customer and would I like another lesser quality fridge. I may hold commitments made in higher regard than the current retail experience suggests but surely companies should be called out on their lack of moral compass and ethics. If you are thinking of buying here, look elsewhere.
I bought a fridge from them in March 2020 which had a decent price for a fridge. Turned out they sold me a damaged product. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. While purchasing I told them to fix issues with the handle but they did not. They give a warranty of 2 months where they served me with my freezer liners but somehow it didn’t work. When I asked them to fix it again, Avi called me to their warehouse to teach me how to fix as saying that it has and will have the same issue forever. As soon as days warmed up the main motor has busted out due to the load. I called them for paid service or help but they refused as it was not in warranty. A technician that I hired came and told me that some parts of the fridge are changed and not usual and eventually I ended up buying a new fridge. I really wish Google had a facility to give rating in minus because even 0 start rating is too much for them.

When I had an issue with the draws and fan noise, both issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am so happy with this company and their dedication to customer satisfaction. A!
I went there to buy a fridge, let me tell you there was over a 100 fridges to choose from, as well as washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. This place is huge.I found the fridge I wanted and it came with a warranty plus they arranged delivery of my fridge.The delivery guy delivered on time and placed it in the kitchen were I wanted it.
I bought a fridge and washer and dryer from them in August 2019. They sold a damaged washer hose which immediately leaked all over the floor. They wanted me to return the hose to them. To avoid a hassle I just purchased a new one. Then less than 6 weeks later the fridge started leaking. I contacted them on FB messenger within the 2 month warranty period then they blocked me on Messenger. I called them then they refused to service it and instead told me to call a technician somewhere else.
