Don’t bother to purchase in store! Buy on line is my advice. I went to Aveda Bondi and bought a product with a value 108. The store worker asked my info to sign me up as a member. Later that day, I realised I can actually save myself nearly 20 if I purchase the same product on line through ShopBack (7.7% cash back from ShopBack 10% off by signing up on their website!) and my 108 is qualified for free delivery. Well, it is not just 2, it is 20 difference! VS I paid so much more in store. Of course I am not happy when finding out this. I called their customer service and was told it was up to the store if they will refund me or not, their customer service can not make this decision; however, their policy is “change of mind” does not qualified for refund. I then called the store. As you surely can imagine, “change of mind” is not refundable even after my explanation of why I change my mind “because your company makes consumer feel stupid to buy in store! If I thinking back, when they collected my information and signed me up, shouldn’t they at least offer the same 10% offer as on line sign up? Therefore, here I would like to let people know this Hope this help you save some money when you read my review.

Fantastic, friendly and professional customer service Cyril explained the products in detail. There was a minor issue with the computer at the till but he handled it seamlessly and it was no problem at all. Thanks Cyril and Aveda! :)

A few months ago I was looked after by Levina. I was honestly expecting to run in and out but was pleasantly surprised and relaxed when I left. She created such a unique and personalised experience for me. Testing out the chakra balancing essences, offering tea, providing a neck and shoulder massage with the blue oil!! AMAZING, what an asset to Aveda! Thank you so much for this experience, it transformed my day.
