Best product. Best service. Best value for money. Installed sliding gate opener myself. Instructions were easy to follow. Works really well. Freight company lost first parcel. Automation plus could not be more helpful in sending another by priority post. Technical support was also first class.

I installed an Automation Plus gate system 18 months ago and contacted their support team re a small issue I was having with one of the remote control units. The support staff were amazing and helped me above and beyond what I would consider normal. Well Done - Excellent company which I highly recommend.
I ordered an automatic opener for my double gates and was very nervous after reading some of these reviews. The kit arrived in the expected time frame and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. A very robust kit and everything was supplied down to Tek screws. Connected to the gates and it is in my opinion a very good product. I could not be happier.
Update: Jeff calls as he sees the below to tell me that the welding splatter is cause they rushed the job to get it out to us when we never asked for it to be rushed and look bad. We wanted a nice gate for our farm. Ordered a gate from this company. Paint job is sub par for the near 2000 it cost. Has a lot of stipple of metal and that painted over it instead of removing it so it would be smooth. They do not send hinges with custom gates so be prepared to have hinges otherwise you just have a gate that cannot be hung. They do not contact you about delivery so if you work you won’t know when its coming to be home to receive your order. When questioned why no hinges was told to go to bunnings and get some and paint them. The gate is very heavy and should be sent with specific hinges to suit the custom gate. I suggest looking for a local tradesman who can do the whole job for you like we wished we did. Found someone after the gates was delivered. Completely disappointed with the whole process. Will never use again or recommend!
Great service from the guys. I initially had a problem with the install but was very quickly rectified by them. Great product for our rural entry gate and being wireless made the install very easy. Highly recommended.
These gates need attention and tweaking. For a client like me who lives in a state where there is no local representation, I have found Automotion Plus to be responsive, prompt and spot-on with their remote support and problem-solving
