This is great store, its like a lollie shop for boys. That said i was actually suporting a local coffee guy 'Float n Cafe' making great coffee from the back of a revamped horse trailer. Youll find him in the carpark opposite the Waurn Ponds Police station. Drop in and support him, its local business like this we need to support.

Tried to return a 12 part that didn’t fit. Was advised at purchase to try it and return if inappropriate size. Upon attempting to return the item was advised that the packaging was too damaged to re-sell. Was presented with a returns conditions pamphlet from behind the counter, not visible or even accessible to customers. Clearly kept on hand for staff who have taken this position before. Save yourself the money and the headaches and spend your money at one of the other half dozen auto stores within 5 minutes. Very short sighted business plan, particularly given that I WAS there to but a 600 battery charger. Needless to say, I didn't...
All the employees are super helpful if they dont know they find out for you nothing is a fuss! my go to to shop even though it's on the other side of town.
I would not recommend this store to anyone, go to supercheap auto or repco just next door. Went in for a pricematch knowing full well that they should (having called beforehand to ask about the item and their pricematch policy) but they refused to do so under bogus terms. Hidden policies and blatant lies, a quick check online and they still wouldn't accept saying that the terms aren't what's written on their own website. Just avoid the hassle. A one star to the staff who were cordial through the process but autobarn should stop with its false advertising.
