Don’t waste your time with these garage mechanics, save your time and go to someone who knows what their doing. These guys have no clue and are so rude when it comes to “helping” someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars and makes you feel like an idiot. Honestly never had such rude customer service when dealing with any mechanic until we took our cars here. They also stuffed up two of our cars! Stay clear of them

A friendly tip guys, sales assistants assist people, visited your shop today, walked in, no greeting or acknowledgement, went to what I wanted, stood at the locked cabinet waiting for assistance, nothing, staff members walked nearby, saw me standing there. Thought I'd wait to see how long before they would assist me, apparently standing at the counter looking at your phone is more important. I waited for approx. 30 minutes, still nothing, so I walked out, No acknowledgement on my departure . Visited a nearby competitor and spent double what I was planning because of their friendly, helpful staff. When you have so many competitors close by, I would think you might offer better service. Last time I visit your store.

Don't even waste your time trying to get a gas refill at Autobarn Rutherford! On two separate occasions I have been told that they couldn't fill my gas bottle as they didn't have the staff to do it, yet there were three staff members in the store. I had to wait over ten minutes (takes less time to fill a 9kg bottle) just to be told the bad news. The store is convenient to my business location and I gave them a second chance but I can't believe they run a business like this! Definitely shopping elsewhere for a gas refill.
