Normally quite a good shop, staff are helpful and friendly, slight mix up with 'click and collect' order giving me the complete wrong reverse camera kit. But easily corrected buy staff when I showed them.

I needed to buy a replacement car battery and a charger earlier this week. I found their sales staff polite and knowledgeable.
Got what I was after and I was pleasantly surprised by the price.
Pretty good in this autobarhn usually got what i need. Could do better with help on the floor but with the times i get ehy your not approached.
The first time I came to Autobarn Chirnside park was for wiper blades for my car - I walked in and was approached by a gentleman who immediately began assisting me with finding the right blades, and then with fitting them to my car (which I didn't expect but was nonetheless happy). Then recently, I was out the front after shopping at Harvey Norman when I tried turning my car on to find that the battery had died. I walked over to Autobarn and asked if they would mind jumping my car. A kind gentleman followed me to my car and then assisted me to start it (for no cost). The team at this store are always super helpful and accommodating - it's the sole reason I return to this shop rather than the alternatives.
