The staff themselves are pretty good people. The big problem is their systems. I ordered a few things online during a sale. Great price. It was a click and collect order. The order confirmation email said I would receive an email once the goods were ready to pick up. A week later I still didn't receive an email. So I called the store and the guy on the phone seemed pretty vague about the whole thing. Eventually said that, yes, they had the order and I could come in. Went in the next day but met again with a vague response. Eventually got my order. At all times the staff were polite and borderline pleasant. But I should not have had to chase them for my order. And it shouldn't have taken a week for it to get ready - apparently they already had the stock in store, they just didn't know how to work the click and collect system. Repco does a much better job of click and collect.

Staffed with people that either know the answer to your question, or will tell you that they don't. No trying to be a fake expert. They'll then either find out for you, or refer you to the people that do know. Outstanding customer service, best range in Belconnen and... I'm not sure how they are on pricing, because I rarely shop anywhere else. If these guys don't have it, you can expect the toy service down the street won't.
Great place. Staff are friendly. Remember me from the few times I have been in there.
The Manger and staff are amazing, they know there stuff and will always try help you find a solution! I dont go anywhere else now, if you need anything Automotive go in and see they boys at Auto One!
I went into auto one at Belconnon today to simply get some new wiper blades for my car which I was going to get my hubby to replace. What can I say, these guys really look after you from the time I entered the shop they were all so friendly & obliging.The customer service was 5 star! (a rare thing to find these days in my experience) One chap went to my car parked outside & removed the wipers,fitted the new ones & then put them back on the car all for about 13! who knew that buying a set of wiper blades could be such a pleasant experience. Thank you guys you truly are a bunch of professional gentlemen & I will be returning to you for any other service I may need for my car.I will also be recommending you to everyone.
Parts interpreters deluxe. Not even my old Saab 9-5 appears to cause them a problem. Reasonable prices too. :)
Can't rate service due to not being open at advetised time, Auto One webpage said open Sundays 9.30am - 2.30pm, we tried to enter the store at 1.50pm Sunday 29/6/20 to find store closed with opening hours reading Sundays closed at 1pm?? (with 2 other customers scratching their heads wondering what's going on?). Please update your webpage to new opening hours.
