Darren has been looking after our 80 series for over 15 years and not once has it broken down. I've lost count on how many times it's taken us to places like the Vic High Country, to and across the Simpson Desert and every nook and cranny we've wanted to explore. Darren has always done what he said he would do and always gets back to me. He's gathered a bunch of parts for it's next mod. Turbo, manifold, tuning device, inter cooler and bits half the price for me. One time it left his shop with a new set of ICon shocks all round at no charge ... Thanks Darren.

Found Darren to be arrogant, rude and condescending in my interim dealings with him. Spent my money elsewhere. Would recommend to avoid.
Wanted the best for my 4x4 as i do alot of remote traveling. Found darren through some forum's and got talking. His advice and knowledge was second to none. Then had a small warranty issue and he went the extra mile to have it sorted even lending me his very own car. Cant ask for better service. Dave 4x4brothers
I would agree Darren seems to know his products and has a good understanding of the problems that arise at times as well as possible solutions. Having my main vehicle out of action for 6 weeks was over the top. Darren was hard to contact and as far as keeping the customer informed as to the arrival of the Vertical Dynamics parts fro USA it was like pulling teeth. I lost count of the number of times his staff said the parts have arrived and will be sent as soon as the shipment is unpacked only to be informed a few days later they hadn't arrived in Aus. The onus seemed to be upon my mechanics or myself to follow up on the parts - overall not good enough.
Darren has given me advice for years across my multiple 4x4's and has looked after the preparation of My 200 Series Sahara for me. I know that when I go away, the car is 100% ready for the trip and there won't be any surprises in the middle of no where.

Darren is a man of his word, respect Darren and he will respect you. He is a busy man and at times hard to reach him. Be patience with Darren as he has been with so many of his customers like me. I love Darren's ethical approach in the way he provides a premium service for those customers who appreciate a high end outcome. Put simply, a service I personally could not find anywhere else in the 4wd industry. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, I have one of the best suspension outcomes you will find in the country. After seeking the right advice from Darren I have been able to get a result many could only dream about achieving. Having Darren's knowledge and guidance in setting up my Landcruiser has saved me money in the long run. Gorn are the days and chasing the right outcome as I have done with suspension and brakes over the years. Thanks again Darren for your advice and guidance over the years. I like to call it Darren's words of wisdom.
i agree, Darren is hard to get a hold of, but he has always replied in the end, i find him as good as his word, and has good products that are fit for purpose
