It is abundantly clear that this is a motorcycle dealership that is a small sideline to a much larger car dealership (Auto Classic). It seems that selling bikes is akin to an annoyance. @BMW should seriously consider giving the license to sell their bikes to an independent motorcycle dealership. I will simply not buy a new bike from this dealership due to their attitude and appalling customer service.

A few days ago I purchased BMW s1000r 2016 used bike and so far I'm very happy with the bike. My opinion is that this guys have the best customer service in the City . They gave me 3 months of warranty on used bike which is great and makes me even more comfortable with the purchase. Big thanks to Travis Deed who made it happen. I will definitely go back again for the annual service.
