Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called today with a tracking number, I was unaware of the company that is sending our goods as it has been organised for me by a family member and the guy on the other end of the phone just did not want to help. Straight away, even after advising I had the tracking number, I was told I'd phoned the wrong company and was told "I can't help ya". I was asked again for the company name, I explained I didn't have it but have a TRACKING NUMBER and explained what the goods were and the person again said we don't send any of that product, it must be the container company (for 3 cartons...sure mate). The persons outright refusal to help even though I have a tracking number was atrocious. Would give them 0 stars if I could. And we still have no idea where our goods are because this company has them!!!
