So I don't love Behringer having personally spoken to Uli on a forum, what I do love is the level of service Tanya provided when I wanted to see if the store I had purchased my Deepmind 12D had been shipped. Due to unforeseen circumstances it had not, it would mean I would be waiting another week or so as it had to travel to QLD back to VIC. Thanks to Tanya and her great service, I got my 12D next day. I appreciate the professionalism and the empathy regarding my item. I cannot thank Tanya enough and now look forward to having a great week end. Thank you Tanya, you really did a stellar job, kudos.

After Gibson USA told me that Australis Music Group was the new Gibson Guitars distributors for Australia and said I could order ANY GUITAR I WANTED I thought we may have a company that will finally bring a guitar to Australia! How wrong I was Australis was asked today about custom orders on 2018 Gibson guitars! And they wouldn't order! Furthermore they had no idea about the Gibson's guitars coming to Australia! Couldn't tell me what was in the order! Couldn't help in regards to any information and it was like a repeat of the tell the customers nothing and help them NO WAY AT ALL!! Of the last Gibson Australian distribution agent! Wake up you imbeciles it's never a good idea to start off by deliberately trying to deceive customer's! Customer's who have played Gibson Guitars longer than your company has been in business!!
