Incredible service. Had a faulty issue straight out of the box. Contacted the team, they were quick to respond and easy to deal with. They gave me a replacement unit, and tested it thoroughly to make sure it all worked. They were very apologetic for the faulty unit even though it was not they fault in any way. After having a bad customer experience 10 minutes before I walked in to Australian Vaporizers, it was nice to have quality customer service. 10 out of 10 will be back.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Because my mother mentioned in her order that she would be using it to smoke flower prescribed by the government they refused to sell her the mighty vape that she needs for her medication. No other shop has it available and they will not sell it to me either because I am related to her. They claim they are legally unable to sell it to her. Yeh they can legally sell it to drug addicts with no medical need for it. Putrid humans.
Godlike customer service and such a pleasure to deal with! I had a faulty unit that I sent for a warranty claim and they completed the assessment and response so quick! Definitely not shopping anywhere else.
Had a couple of issues with my Mighty vape, all manufacturer issues with LED screen and battery. The team at AV were super efficient with responding to my warranty claims, it's only been less than 5 business days and they've already sorted everything. Will definitely purchase again from these guys.
Ive had my Volcano for a month now. I bloody love it. So much so I now also have a Mighty and Crafty . Now all my friends do as well and we're all like...."should have done this years ago". Im rather fond of the Storz and Bickel brand and find the quality exceptional. I will ONLY buy from Australian Vaporizers as they have been so good with all my orders of which ive made quite a few lately and all have arrived within the expected time even during covid etc. After 35 yrs smoking, these contraptions have changed my life.....so thanks guys, seriously! Next step is a Volcano Hybrid which looks amazing. Cheers! Simon G
