Absolutely love this clinic. All of the girls there are so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I come in, I feel so welcomed by all of their smiling faces and I instantly feel so comfortable. As well, Nurse Elmira is also unreal and very professional. There's nothing more I could want!

I got SCAMMED so BEWARE about this clinic. They will sell you a package deal without telling you the consequences. I bought a treatment package with them and burn my face on the second treatment they provided named microdermabrasion. So I got scared and told them I will cancel my remaining treatments but they never give my money back!!!

Great service. But unfortunately with covid19 clinic was closed for so long. I didn't get a chance to have all my laser treatments which was prepaid. However I noticed the clinic I'm moving to Noosa. The clinic not returning the money back, but they can transfer to clinic which will be close to me. The closest clinic 100 km away from me. I spoke to manager and ask her if it's possible to move a treatment for my sister, she leaves in Sydney. She said not a problem at all. After I left. My sister went to the clinic, but they said to her we don't know about it and it's not possible. It's not a fair say one thing and do tottaly opposite. Very disappointed.

Evelyn is awesome! She has treated me a few times for skin pigmentation now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for skin treatment. Evelyn is always helpful and friendly and answers all my random questions. Her advice and suggestions are always on point. I’ll continue going back for sure
