Australian Skin Clinic Sarah & Chole whom I have never dealt with before have put down my experience at the clinic of which I have been a client over a period of 6 months since I started treatments. The money I paid for my treatment was taken without knowledge as claiming a 'no show" and deceiving customers by a policy that are entitled to take from customers well earned money into their pockets, when the matter was poor communication on their part, and minimal effort to text, call of which is not acceptable and in writing have a card with all my appointments written and the appointment was not accounted for by the administration on the card of which have maintained attendance of appointments & was disrespected by the manager who showed unprofessional & a level down behaviour referring to a loyal customer as a "baby" and "irresponsible". There are many businesses but in terms of customer relations and respect, communication with manners & manipulation of Sarah who did not want to help and made excuses the manager was to busy, I ask others to really consider where they spend there money for one reason which is ethical treatment & dignity since they sell and pride them selfs on ethical products but don't deliver in customer service & customer relations. Do you honestly think, a customer treated like a wallet will return to do business this is poor business practice & no continuation of business as the cash is more of interest than the dignity & ethics & respect & treatment of patients who trust you to not only provide a service but understand we are keeping your doors open as customers & will spread the word of this store for things you want to hide & get away with. Dont you dare call your customer names such as a "baby", under what professionalism do you think that's acceptable.

UPDATED REVIEW FROM CERISE 4/01/2021 I wish to update the review section & make a few corrections. The manager has taken my feedback & resolved the issue today. She was easy to deal with & understood & communicated with respect. I made a typo in previous review about the manager of which was only a staff member. I think the most important thing is that the issue was resolved & the manager addressed the matter. Moving forward, if you listen to the feedback, and address the issue, and resolve customer issues in a respectful way. I am putting in a good word for CELA, (see Cela) as she is an excellent therapist & delivers results & will do a good job if you request her. It's quite sad to know that she is exceptional and not continue with treatments, however would like to leave this on a positive note for others to specifically see Cela and ask for her because she is excellent at what she does. She is friendly, kind, caring, helpful, knows what she is doing, trustworthy, wants the client to have the result of a better complexion and skin condition. She was the reason I came to the clinic. I am certain that by taking this geninue advice of the manager of the clinic Virginia & her star therapist Cela, your in good hands. I mistakenly referred to the manager previously but it was just staff member who needs to work on their customer relations. Virginia has the right attitude with customer relations & her staff those mentioned can learn from her i.e. Sarah & Chile. It's feedback to improve. The best businesses take on feedback and move forward. Thanks Cerise.

I love seeing all the girls smiling faces. Great all around feeling walking in to Australian skin clinic for each and every treatment. I would extremely recommend trying out this clinic for yourself. Krystal is always happy to help out with anything regarding skin or laser treatments, she is very knowledgeable and always very Friendly and talkative.

Sad story but I went in to get a bit of filler and Botox (that I have been doing since I was 28 and am now 41 going on 42) for my wedding. I asked to lift my left eyebrow a bit and Annabelle drew a little mark and said she can lift it to there. Two weeks later I have a very raised right eyebrow and less than a mi lift on my left? Not only that, my right side of my face has movement in it and the left side I can’t move at all!!! I called the store to speak to the manager Melissa to complain about the botched job and not only did she completely talk over me she kept reminding me I signed consent papers so that’s it. I asked to speak to someone at head office and she refused to give me their details. Now if someone does call me back remains to be seen. But yes any Brides out there I’d say stay well clear of these guys, they don’t know what their doing and the cover is well you signed consent. I’ve been to another branch before and had a great experience with professional staff.

After having a baby back in November, I was adamant on having laser to reduce my stretch marks. Aus Skin Clinic gave me an on the spot consultation, followed by my first laser session on the same day which was amazing. I then had two further sessions and am extremely happy with my results so far. Krystal was so welcoming & friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable. She definitely made my experience! I will be going back to see her & I absolutely would recommend this Clinic!
