Had a Madimack Pool Heat Pump installed and happy with the service from first contact through to the final installation. Were responsive to all the questions I had I was impressed with the quality of the pipe work to plumb the Heat Pump into the existing filtration system. Looks good.

Outstanding Service & Product. I recently had a New Pool Built and everyone I spoke to said I needed to heat it so that my family would be able to utilize it for a larger percentage of the year. Dave and the team were excellent from initial contact through to the installation and start up. The job was completed on time and the workman was second to none. Dave went through all the set up and running of the system and ensure all was 100% before leaving. We love the heated pool during the colder months in Brisbane. I needed a new heater for a Brisbane rental property and I am in Sydney. I called 8 companies and made an excel sheet to keep track of the quotes. A week later, I had only received 3 quotes and one was for a rubber mat on the roof (despite me clearly stating that I did not want that), the other was selling their "own brand" which I found difficult to research, because I don't really know who is manufacturing that brand and David from Australian Pool Heating Services who gave me a couple of choices with different brands that I found easy to research online, so the choice was pretty easy to make. David seemed more like a guy who works instead of a salesman and I found him very easy to talk with and knoweldgeable. I approved the quote and a short time later the job was done. No hassles at all. I highly recommend you speak to him if you are in the market for heating.
