the attitude of those associated with the 'making life easy' products which is directly attached to API is a complete disgrace!. Unhelpful and disinterested with a 'simply couldn't be bothered' approach thrown in for good measure. API (MLE), blame the chemist, the chemist who stocks their products blames the making life easy rep, and so it goes in circles, while the elderly potential customer is left in limbo without the product she needs. Thanks for nothing!
