From the start of the project we were already frustrated due to the communication and how they were delayed. Until now I am still chasing for them to finish it up. Not happy with how it began and definitely not happy how they left it untidy. The deck is full of cement stains and the paving is unevenly laid. The salesman sold us something that they can not provide, they had to change the design 2x to be compliant with the council. We gave them a second chance as we have been promised that they'll make it up with the end result. We think we have been ripped off the price. The end result is not to our satisfaction. We had few quotes and went for Australian outdoor hoping that even though it is expensive it might be worth it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The design looks good but the end result was a disappointment. A couple of our friends were waiting for our outdoor to finish so they can have theirs done as well with the same company. Unfortunately, until now I can't get them to see the end result. As I have said I am still chasing them to remove the cement stains or at least replace the decking. It's pretty new but looks like old due to dirt.
