I'm incredibly disappointed. I came in to get my upper lip hair removed and a couple of hairs on my chin because they were causing me massive self confidence issues. After over 12 sessions on my lip and 8 on my chin I basically have a patchy neck beard. Now I have to either keep trying this place and fork out to get this NEW hair removed, fork out at some other place, or live with the fact that I paid a lot of money for hair to grow all over my chin and neck. I was told that there was a small chance that some hair growth could be promoted but literally did not ever expect to go in to get hair removed and come out with a lot more than I started with.

I just wanted two moles removed which I thought would be simplistic.The first session didn’t remove the moles. I arranged for a second visit to complete the removal, on arrival they advised that they had run out of the required product for removal but hadn’t bothered to contact me to cancel the appointment. I have called regularly and always state that they will call back that day or tomorrow to advise of the possibility of the second visit, but they never call back. I have contacted other companies to finish the job but they are in willing to as the treatment as the moles have now been “touched”. I don’t really know how to proceed and may have to have them surgically removed. I just want others to be cautious. Their communication is really disappointing.

I’ve been there for laser treatment and I told them before I pay that I won’t be able to attend to one or two treatments Because I’m gonna have a holiday for couple of months and they told me yeah that’s OK and u gonna be fine, don’t worry it won’t effect the final result but when I came back they told me it’s definitely going to affect the results and you need to pay for Extra treatments if you want to get a good results. This is really disappointing like why are you guys didn’t be honest with me when I asked?? It just annoying the idea of being not honest and just want to get paid

The most amazing girls to do deal with. I recently completed a series of treatments but will be booking in the CBD clinic for my maintenance. I was also recommended to use a series of home care products (Cleanser, Serum, Hydrating and Sunscreen) hands down the best investment! Emily, in particular knows her stuff and has made my skin a million times better! Thank you!

I had been going to Australian Laser & Skin Clinics in Moonee Ponds for around 8 years for laser treatment. I always received great service at fantastic prices. I now live 4 hours away and as I am coming into the CBD, I rang the Australian Laser & Skin Clinic in Melbourne Central. I spoke to the lovely Jasmine. She gave me prices on a 'one-off' treatment on 3 areas. We talked about buying a package. There is a minimum purchase of 4 sessions on the same area with a 1 year expiry period. I informed Jasmine I do not come to Melbourne 4 times in 12 months. Jasmine said she would talk to the manager/owner as they are a franchise and individually owned. Jasmine rang me back and offered a great deal. I could get the 4 sessions on each of the 3 areas at the price I use to pay at the Moonee Ponds Clinic. Also, she said they would extend the expiry period to 2 years. Of course I took up the fantastic offer. When you live in the country, you do not get deals like that. I have actually booked with Jasmine and looking forward to meeting the lovely lady.
