Before I met Tina at ADC, I was as lost as a needle in a hay stack. Searching for a place to buy an engagement ring was harrowing and difficult for me. Then, I booked an appointment at ADC - not knowing what awaits me. I walked in with a completely blank canvas of a mind not knowing what I wanted and what was what. An hour later, after a thorough and a heartfelt conversation with Tina, I was so at ease and became an expert on engagement rings. All my doubts were cleared and I could finally choose an engagement ring that best met my needs and budget. The experience was and continues to be wonderful as post purchase, the continuous support and contact has been fabulous. Grace made the entire process seamless She went above and beyond all expectations Shortlisting the top diamonds of my preference and budget. On my initial consultation she was able to educate and run me through the entire process. Second consultation I provided designs of what style ring I was aiming to achieve. No pushy sales whatsoever like what you would get at a Jeweller. @ ADC you pick what diamond you want and they create your ring the exact what you want it. One of the few places to provide a GIA report - so there no sugarcoating, as they categorise your diamond ring by colour, cut, clarity, carrot, inclusion, fluorescence etc. Number one factor effecting their price is the Aud to USD conversion rate so take that into consideration when purchasing a diamond. The estimation time of forging the ring in Mordor was nearly 2 months. They were able to get it done close to a couple weeks earlier :-) Credits to Natasha at the front door for always being soo welcoming & having a lovely smile & Tamara especially for being soo helpful in resizing the ring.

Firstly I was so unsure of what kind of diamond I wanted and Tina was such amazing help with going through all the different shapes and styles! Gracie from ADC really went above and beyond my expectations from the very first phone call. During the inital phone call, Gracie took the time to explain everything from end to end which really put me at ease, so much so, I walked to the shop front and with in 30 minutes made a purchase.
