Paid an invoice in Nov 2020, which I then realised should have been bulk billed for my newborn. I rang on the 25/11 to explain and they told me they'd issue a cheque refund which may take up to 2 weeks to receive. I thanked them for refunding me. On the 17/12/20 I called again and was told the cheque had been sent on the 26/11. When I questioned why I hadn't received it I was palmed off with "It must be an Australia Post issue". I waited again. On the 8/1/21, I call again asking why I still haven't received the refund. Same story, cheque was sent 6 weeks ago until I argued that that wasn't possible. This time I am put back on hold and she came back telling me that they had not sent the cheque, and it wouldn't now be released until 20/1/21 as they have a backlog for printing cheques. I also can't get a refund to my bank account. So two months I have to wait for my refund that they've been paid for twice (by me and Medicare). If the tests hadn't been done when my newborn was in hospital I wouldn't use this pathology again. Terrible experience.

We were informed that result need up to 72 hours and will be send to GP if tested positive, and will get a text to our mobile if negative, and do not phone them for test result. After 72hours, nothing came back, i decided to call them to find out, only been told that not all clinic have the text facility and result has already been forward to the GP! it will be nice if these information is clear so we are not wasting time sitting around in the house, children missed school for whole week unnecessary and imagine the person who do casual work, stop working mean no income. People who went for test trying to the right things, but test facility need to provide the right information too. please consider changing that little piece of paper concerning the test result. Medical staff working in the cold car park are fantastic! except for the one who yelling around the rest.

I deeply regret using this center for COVID19 test. After 3 working days (5 days) including weekend, still I do not have the result. Because they don't provide the results directly and my GP also did not receive the results from them. Both sides blame each other for fax issue and I so frustrated in between waiting under self isolation condition. My final word is simple: Never use this center for COVID19 test.

Can't recommend enough. I'm terrified of needles, but Mary has always been so amazing! She has done pretty much every blood test I've needed for the past 3 years. Quick, painless and she is very efficient!

Do NOT use this as a covid testing centre . While the nurses are lovely tbe lab is so far behind on results its over 3 days wait with no prioritising essential services. Other labs get results back right now in 24 hours. Waiting over 3 days is irresponsible and potentially harmful. Swabs are sent to Adelaide for processing they are not even done here in Nsw so there's waiting time just for transit. Do Not Use for Covid Test!!!

Just got my covid tested. Fingers crossed! Very friendly staff. Hats off to all front line workers especially medical staff. They put their lives at risk everyday for us. Can't thank enough!
