Really enjoyed my PFA face-to-face training yesterday with Dani! It had been a while since I’d completed any first aid training so I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to follow the instructions easily but I shouldn’t have worried! Everything was explained clearly, simply, and in a well paced manner. I feel so much more confident in my ability to provide first aid now, and look forward to renewing my PFA and CPR in the coming years!
As a Remedial Massage therapist I need to update my first aid every 3 years, and I've now used Australia Wide First Aid a couple of times. They make what is an essential (but sometimes tedious) course informative and keep you engaged. Online booking is really easy, and they have a lot of options. I especially appreciate the speed at which you get your certificate. I would highly recommend them.
This was by far the best first aid training I’ve done in my career. Our trainer Dani was so experienced and knowledgeable and worked with everyone to make sure they understood the different techniques involved. I know I will retain this knowledge far better than before. Also made the environment fun for learning.

Really enjoyed my experience and the delivery of the training today. Jason was professional in an unconventional way where myself and the rest of the class didn’t feel like we were dealing with a robot. He was thoroughly engaging and ensured the class was involved and understood the content rather than just reading off some slides and giving (arguably unqualified) attendees their certificates which I imagine is the case with a lot of other first aid and CPR RTO’s. keep up the great standard of education and give Jason a bonus I’d say!
Flowed very well and timely. Covered a lot without it feeling rushed. Instructions were easy to follow and didn’t feel like you would get left behind at any point. Very practical with reasoning explained for what we were doing.
Been going to these guys for three years now, never disappoint. This time round it was Jason Trebble, greatly appreciated the little tangents expressed throughout the course, kept things interesting and grounded in reality. Everything I needed to know, I ended up knowing, so kudos for a efficient and effective teaching method, really appreciate the identify, notify, stabilize motto. Only thing I would recommend is explaining in a little greater detail how to perform some of the movements like lifting a baby for an airway check and what a pistol grip and chin lift looks like (familiar to the veterans, but first timers might be a little fiddly with correct hand positioning). Thanks again my dude, hope you have a great new year and all the best with your future studies :)
