Super easy site to deal with and fast turnaround. Hard to know how well sites like this will perform but highly recommended if it fits your needs. No problem shipping from a big ecommerce site for a product that wasn't set to ship to NZ (for no real reason). Wish I had known AUFF earlier.

Honestly I was a little skeptical given the layout of the website, the set up and uploading of information (asking for CC details to verify, still not comfortable with that), but I was shipping from Aus to NZ, paid through Paypal, got notified of updates the whole way and was actually really easy. Can't say it's the cheapest but was reliable and would likely use again, gives accessibility to product that otherwise wouldn't be available in our country.

In the website where the list countries AUSFF served it included my country. After paying I was advised that in the voluminous terms and conditions my country was excluded. I was not refunded in full. AUSFF blamed PayPal for it when in fact they were the proximate cause of not being refunded in full. In our country AUSFF is a fraud.

I'm very happy with the service I have received from Ausff and recommend ausff 100%. At first, I wasn't so sure about the company, the prices of shipping, some difficulties I had getting started. But once I was able to overcome those difficulties, it been plain sailing since. I take the advice they give about buying from companies that have free shipping that keep the costs down, also the places that provide that too. The parcels come very quickly which is lovely as I don't worry about how it will take and all have arrived safely wonderful.
