I cannot praise this store enough. I ordered a Seiler piano, sight unseen, to be shipped from Melbourne to the United States. Steve was instrumental in alleviating any concerns I might have had with this endeavor. He was in constant communication with me explaining all steps of getting this piano to me in perfect condition. From the prepping of the piano to the custom crate to the loading onto a ship to make its way to me. He is knowledgeable and I felt that he truly cared about my piano. :) The piano arrived in perfect condition! It is a great instrument at a great price and I highly recommend Austral Piano World!!

Hans was very nice, gave us the time we needed to check out the pianos, the store itself is nice with many pianos to try and the prices are reasonable. The piano arrived in 2 days after I bought, after a week it had some issues, not the stores fault, possibly manufacturer issue but the store tech came out and fixed it really quickly. Couldn't fault him or the owner. Look forward to the tuning.
