Despite presenting as a treasure trove of model railway goodies, I was extremely disappointed. The British modelling section was very cluttered with boxes stacked on top of each other restricting viewing. Additionally when enquiring about detailing kits etc. I was met with poor customer engagement and product knowledge. With such a low number of outlets in the Brisbane region for serious modellers, I will have to continue to source product from overseas outlets and/or via eBay. Great shame, as this store, if stocked, managed and marketed correctly could be an absolute modelling haven.
Great range of products and friendly advice
Probably one of the last true model railroad stores to be found anywhere in the world, and I have looked hard during my travels...If you can't find what you want here, it probably doesn't exist...
