I walked in and this man was yelling at what seemed to be his wife in another language I felt very uncomfortable, and the environment felt very unprofessional and all over the place. This man served me and had a lot of aggression towards me and no sense of good communication, he also was aggressive towards his employees and wanted them to do everything at once. I don’t feel comfortable eating from a place that doesn’t come from love and where the workers seem like they want to neck themselves. Do better.

Went in to pick up 9 pizzas and it was quite busy ! Didn’t have to wait long but the manager ( I think the owner ) apologised and gave us 2 free 1.5 litre drinks ! Such a kind man ! Amazing crust. And can’t forget the amazing pizzas !! Will be back :)

I was on the phone not 15 minutes ago. The man on the phone was extremely interesting. I reported a previous occasion when the pizza I ordered was lacking sauce. As a previous customer who had ordered this pizza several times I noticed a difference when ordering from the Austral store. I asked simply that they put the proper amount on. He was extremely defensive and basically accused me of being a cheap skate. Such a small issue, this man had such a bad attitude. The in store girl I picked up from the other day had no friendliness about her, zero eye contact & practically threw my change at me. Big improvements needed in customer service. Lost my business

Highly recommend them! Top notch customer service and great pizzas. The staff are always happy and helpful on the dog and bone and the delivery driver always gets the good delivered on time.

Super aggressive behaviour from the manager and was extremely rude towards me and was rushing me to order. He yelled at one of his employees just for needing to go to the bathroom. The pizza makers were just tossing around ingredients and it was very unsanitary. The manager also seemed really stressed out and all over the place, he also had no patience for anyone or anything. Never going there again

This was the first time I have ordered from Crust pizza Austral. 47 for 3 large pizzas that were actually very small in size. WORST pizza I have ever tried can't say eaten because we threw it out. Frozen pizza from the supermarket would have been better.
