Terrible terrible service. Could not recommend less. Put up the marquee for my sister's wedding a day and a half late. The flooring was atrocious - a trip hazard more than anything and they left one whole wall incomplete. They took the marquee down one week late as well. The owner was terrible to deal.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I booked with then for my wedding in october 2019. 1 MONTH! beforw my wedding they stopped replying to my messages and when i asked what was happening. Then i asked for a full refund and still nothing. I just want my moneu back!

Very professional. We only gave a weeks notice for hire and they were happy to help. The chairs and table we hired arrived exactly when they said on the Friday morning first thing for a Sunday event and were picked up first thing Monday morning as had been arranged. So easy to work with, very reasonably priced and professional highly recommend.

This person who runs this company has stolen my money and will not pay it back as promised in multiple emails. I booked and paid her in May 5 weeks before our event in mid June, SHE cancelled the booking 4 days before the event due to a sudden emergency in her family. I would have only found out she cancelled because we contacted her trying to organise a delivery time... since then she has not refunded my monies. She tells me that it is with her accountant and that they have made the mistake...i have over 20 emails that she has promised it will be paid and that she just has to get her accountant to sort it i paid her 419.00 and she has stolen my money.....she know tells me they have shut the company down. But here it is still on face book and website....This woman Candace is a liar and i have proof in all of her emails. Do not book through this company she is a scam...

I hired some chairs over the weekend and had a few queries but was unable to reach them via the phone, left messages but was not called back. Was told via email that I could not collect my chairs on the agreed day as they had not been returned from the previous hire and they needed to be cleaned and wrapped - so I had to collect them on the next day. Turned up to collect them (the place looks like a junk yard) and they were just sitting on a table outside getting wet and covered in ants. Nobody was there to speak to. Once I got them home I had to clean them as they were clearly not clean and some had punctures in the seat and also damaged. Some of these chairs should actually be tossed out as they dont look very nice if you are having a formal affair.

Poor communication. Gave plenty of notice before my event. I got an email stating I just needed to confirm my address for my booking. That was the last I heard from them. Never received payment details or invoice. Never got delivery of the chairs and had to find last minute hire from somewhere else hours before my event started. Called multiple times to see if they were proceeding with delivery which their contact numbers went straight to voicemail with no return call or email. Very disappointed.
