We've had 4 outages in 3 months that you've been unable to restore. It seems a very small area of homes...66 according to you. When will you focus on fixing the recurring problems? We're up to 4 hours today. The last 2 outages were 48hours and 26 hours respectively. The first one cost is 2 freezers of food. This is clearly an issue with your infrastructure and not just a freak occurrence. Friends in the area remain unaffected. I wish we had a choice not to be at your whim. Appalling efforts guys.

Aus Net is a total disgrace they have no heart or feelings ive had no power for over 7 weeks since 2 days after stage 4 lockdown started And all their staff are gross liars

A power utility run by bean counters. The infrastructure is in a mess. How else can a normal weather event cause an outage from Thursday evening to Wednesday? Things can go wrong but there have been ongoing problems in the Lilydale area and obviously you have done nothing to rectify them. Unprofessional and/or incompetent.

38 hours without power so far... Let’s hope that this is a wake up call to you - fix your infrastructure. Put the cables underground and don’t have trees or branches near lines that will take them out! This on top of the pandemic and the lockdowns is too much.
