Great service. I visit here often to purchase & send Vitamins & Milk Powder to my relatives in China. I used to go buy my goods from other shops and then head to Australia Post - which would cost around 70 to ship 2 tins of baby formula. Not to mention the huge waste of time. AuMake is a one stop shop (in-fact you do it all via WeChat if you are setup) and the shipping only costs around 10-12 for 2 tins. I last visited on Black Friday and the was team was super friendly (as always) even though they were flat out busy. My Chinese handwriting is poor at best so one of the young ladies at the front desk writes the Chinese address on the packaging for me. Thanks

Wow！It's really convenient to shop here！I can choose different companies to delivery my products！Only few goods are a little bit expensive！But the UGG boots are reallyyyy cheap，And they can help me delivery the UGG BOOTS to China without any fee！That so nice！And Swiss/BlackMores/HealthEssence are really low price there！I love it！BTW，The cashier is so kind！I will come back with my Chinese orders soon！
very dissapointed and unsatisfatory shopping expereice ever!! I need to self packing the post but no one come around to help me and guide me how to do, do they expect everyone knows everything about the shop?? then why need the staff there? sitting on the cashier, chating with each other, or playing the phone? no customer services at all. never come back again.
