Recently I went to use this store for a second time for a piece of basic framing to be completed. I was asked for an immediate payment of 85 and was told I’d be contacted soon when my piece of work was ready to be collected. After waiting 2 weeks and 5 days without a single piece of communication, I happened to be driving past when I thought I’d pop in to see how the piece was coming along...I was stunned and taken back by the rudeness of the man whom served me after I made a simple enquiry as to how long they projected it would take to complete the work...I was hastily snapped up, chewed and spat out when he angrily replied “Everything is made by hand around here you know”...I was really disillusioned with such poor service especially after paying the 85 up front without question for a very simple piece of work which I didnt think would take so long considering also that there wasn’t people knocking to place down to get into it to have work done...I’ll never be back nor would I recommend this place as I’ve had far superior work done much more promptly at my official QUT and UQ framer whom is in Alderley
