Went in to charge my car, and they had cars parked in the charging station. I had to walk in and ask them to move one. The charging station had an error after an hour of charging...hope they fix it and hope they keep charging spots free.

Always friendly & helpful. Took longer than I was told, but there's a comfy lounge area with free hot drinks, biscuits & newspapers!
Excellent customer service! Highly recommend it. Got my Audi A7 serviced and repaired within no time.
