The staff was caring, though they were pressed for time due to large number of surgeries.Experienced staff was able to manage the patients well.

Bloody Fantastic Private Hospital, from reception to nursing crew are friendly, caring and helpful. And they don't mind bit of a joke :)) Having visited this hospital on many occasions to get a sharp objected inserted into my eye (needle) has been great now about to go to surgery Oct 2018 I have no concerns at all. Need to get your 1,000,000 eye blink service then this is the place to get it done. If ya lucky they may even give ya a coffee and biscuit ... :))

Had a MRI today done on my hip, here at River city Private Hospital. I have never felt more comfortable in an mri machine! My last experience in one, I suffered a panic attack from the lack of space in the machine. Here at River city I was given a blanket, ear plugs and their earmuffs was capable of playing radio stations of your choice, the amount of space I had was also very comforting. I almost fell asleep. Will recommend anyone to come here if going for an MRI, staff are also super lovely ️️

One thing that people don't seem to realise is that if you get a radiology referral from your Dr you don't necessarily need to go to the one he or she tells you to go to - all of them accept each others referrals. The Xray / Ultrasound place at the lower floor here tends to do the majority of their work 'bulk billed' - and they have very new equipment. I've saved thousands over the years by going here. The only reason I marked down by one point is that the bloods section (QML?) at ground level seems to open and close at radically strange hours of the day. All in all, though, this place is brilliant.
