Wide range of lights are available. Price is competitive. They won’t refund but exchange the products if package is in acceptable state. Be sure what product you what’s rather than Hassling yourself for return and refund. Street Parking is available. Customer services is average. Value for money is fair.

Had an issue with the ceiling fan and they won’t help. Didn’t ask for details of the item or what the issue is, just told me to speak to the manufacturer Don’t go to to this place as there’s no after sales service. Spend a bit more extra and go to Beacon as they’re more helpful to customers. They care about your safety not just your money unlike this store

Do not go to this store for your lighting requirement. They say one thing and do another. We were told that as long as the lights are not fitted, we can always bring them back for refund when we SPECIFICALLY asked for the exchange/refund policy. We bought the lights, went home and took only 1 light out to see if it fits the area ( didnt even screw anything), and decided that it wasnt the right one. Took both lights back the next day and they said they needed to charge 10% restocking fee. They did not advise anything regarding the restocking fee when we asked and claimed that it was printed on the receipt which would not be visible until the actual purchase was made. These people are dodgy and not trustworthy. Will never purchase from them and would strongly suggest that you record everything that they say verbally prior to making any purchase. They are DODGY!!!!!!!!

Fair prices, good service, patience with customers. When I bought a larger quantity, she gave me a cheaper price without me having to ask.
