The Kingwood product has serious flaws. It didn’t even last a year before I needed to replace it. The cladding product was then replaced with a so called fixed method. This new board lasted 6 months before the same problems arose. We replaced this board with again another upgraded product from Kingwood . I was hoping this would work but no it failed for the third time. Only lasted 6 months again before signs of problems. I have since tried to get a refund on the product but there 7 year warranty is worthless. Very disappointing experience. Customer service is non existent

Very disappointed. I have had this product installed all around my home. It’s faded almost white and bowed in a lot of areas. It cannot with stand the harsh Australian weather. Don’t Buy!! I have contact this company via phone and email a number of times. They originally assured me they will rectify the job but now they are un-contactable. I am so disappointed as I have spent so much money on this feature and it looks terrible on my house.
