Product is fine. but don't go into shop Manager has a mental problem I just ask him something for product. he really upset me I don't understand why he does do that to customer. I show them my capacitor and I just to said " it is same product what I have?" And he upset at me. please tell me someone understands his situation?

Igloo is mainly an online shop that sells parts to repair your fridge, coolroom, a/c and probably lots more.
I bought a fridge relay starter part from their eBay store (snow*boy) and was sent the wrong part. Image and description on the eBay ad matched what I needed but they sent wrong one. Refused to admit any fault until I posted negative feedback. Said they'd send me correct item but 4 days later I haven't heard anything and they won't respond to my emails. EDIT: The correct part did finally arrive but they still didn't respond to any of my emails. Buyer beware!
Item in photos is new, description says new... Item that turned up was damaged, has had at least the same amount of use as the item I was trying to replace. No original packaging, scratched, burnt electrical terminals, screw holes clearly show signs of use and corrosion. Seller is deceptive and, tried to blame me.. Avoid if possible.
ebay seller snow*boy, do not trust. Products are not genuine and the seller is unresponsive.
Stay clear of this business. Thanks to PayPal refunded me my money and unfortunately my bank could not recover the EFT payment I made because no response for this fraudulent supplier.

Worst company ever service bad and very rude staff. Bought a part online from them, first of all the price isn’t include the Gst and postage, the price will jump up heaps at the end, secondly after I made the payment, they sent me an email asking 63 more !!! He canceled my order at the end of the day. Sooo rude
