Had our floorboards done by them. Absolutely love it. Installation team had to travel from Sydney to Newcastle 3 days in a row and stayed late some nights to finish the job. It was not easy one but they completed it perfectly. Very happy with my floor ( can’t stop staring at it).

First of all: 3 is intended as a good rating. Initial point of sales: the salesman had limited knowledge of his product. Communication from head office: excellent, thoughtful, helpful. Installation: efficient, clean, friendly service. Product: pricey but beautiful. Edit: returned to look for a rug, found a Persian style rug that we liked but it was too big. The man dead set offered to cut strips off it until it fit. Good comedic value... it was a nice rug, I hope it doesn't meet that fate.

Massive stuff around three days in a row had us sleeping on the lounge as they couldn’t deliver on the days we booked in. Rude woman on the phone.
